I’m happy with my proof– what next?

    If you are happy with what we have shown you, just reply to the email and we will get your toppers printed and posted as soon as possible.

    I’m not happy with my proof– what should I do?

      If you would like any amendments made to your order, just let us know and we will send you a new proof.

      I haven’t received a proof?

        If you have used our "in-house design service" we aim to get a proof to you within 1 working day. Usually it will be faster than this but over weekends and national holidays it may take longer.

        If you do not receive a proof within 2 working days and you’ve checked your ‘junk mail’ please get in touch as something has gone wrong!

        Why does one of my toppers have a red border?

          This red ring is just a software indicator which shows us which topper we are working on. It is captured in the screenshot for proofs but will not print.

          Why is the last row cut in half?

            Proofs for sheets of 30 toppers show the last row as being cut in half. This is a software issue which we are unable to change but your toppers will print whole.
